Responsibilities
- Welcome guests to the space in a warm, positive and professional manner
- Communicate with servers of new tables, size, experience and information provided
- Facilitate guest intake to the waitlist
- Manage waitlist priorities, communicating with guests an estimate of expected wait times
- Maintain familiarity with the content of all menu items available/unavailable, rotating menu items
- Maintain familiarity with the content of the games library, retail
- Assist fellow team members when needed
- Complete regular opening and closing duties
- Follow all systems in place
Skills
- Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills
- Exceptional conflict resolution, negotiation, and objection handling skills
- Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment
- Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
