Job Description : Responsibilities Operational Support - 50%

  • Oversee the day-to-day operational support of our studios, ensuring all facilities are equipped to achieve daily production targets
  • Drive standardisation in studio-wide processes, including but not limited to beginning-of-day and end-of-day routines, equipment and supplies management, storage practices, and cleaning standards in high collaboration with Studio leaders and senior contributors
  • Communicate with Studio population on critical information and changes regarding the studio space and/or services
  • Anticipate the studio team's needs, and communicate it to the Real Estate team to make sure these requirements/ new programs are included in the construction and optimization process. Ex: Growth, space, new requirements etc.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the Studio and Real Estate for ongoing maintenance, including triaging / prioritising Studio requests, ensuring completion of tasks and resolution of problems, and supporting with root cause analyses
  • Drive the end-to-end process of inventory management regarding studio supply levels and develop replenishment plans (including but not limited to purchasing goods)
  • Coordinate services and support for seasonal peak activity during evenings and weekends
  • Track and maintain support ticket logs within the Studio in conjunction with the Real Estate team to ensure issues are resolved in a timely and efficient fashion

Health & Safety - 25%

  • Act as the Studio representative at the Health & Safety committee
  • Act as the Studio ambassador with the task of adapting company-wide standards for the Studio operations and activities
  • In partnership with the Senior Manager, Health & Safety, develop and deploy Studio-specific health & safety training and onboarding
  • Act as the main point of contact for the Studio in regards to security incidents including potential and actual workplace incidents and investigations
  • Act as the main point of contact for the Studio in regards to security protocols and access controls

Studio Development & Operational Excellence - 25%

  • Develop and implement a 5S strategy across all studios, ensuring team-wide engagement
  • Work closely with the Real Estate team to support initiatives around Studio expansion and development, including identifying requirements
  • Report monthly metrics relative to site performance with callouts of opportunities for increased cost efficiency, energy or waste reduction or service improvement/consolidation
  • Develop processes to ensure efficiency in the way the Studio is maintained

Qualifications :

  • A minimum of 3-5 years experience working in an e-commerce studio
  • Strong project management skills with demonstrable experience in facility expansion projects
  • Lean Six Sigma certification and/or experience preferable
  • Great understanding of space. Ability to transform verbal needs into physical space/equipment/ process
  • Experience with drafting, documenting and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Experience working with Excel and Google suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
