We’re looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Human Resources/Payroll Administrator to join our Industrial Solutions team and make a significant impact. This on-site role, directly reporting to the HR Director, offers a unique blend of HR functions and payroll management, along with the opportunity to contribute to our Health and Safety Committee. What You’ll Do:·Empower Our Team: Work closely with HR and local managers to coordinate recruitment efforts, from interview scheduling to candidate management.·Ensure Compliance and Accuracy: Conduct background checks, employee verifications, and maintain the precision of our payroll system.·Foster Employee Growth: Assist in onboarding, employee recognition, and support various HR programs aimed at training, development, and benefits support.·Be the Go-To Expert: Serve as a liaison between HR and operations, manage payroll inquiries, and ensure our practices are up to par.·Champion Our Values: Support initiatives in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Employee Engagement, and contribute to a safe and welcoming work environment.
