This Team Lead Position Features:• No weekends • Day shift • Over 40 hours a week • Great Pay to $73KThis position will be supervising the crew on each job site. However, role is very hands on and will still be doing the installation work. Supervising crews of between 4-8 staff.Providing daily updates on job status to clients, account managers and management. Looking for at least 5 years’ experience in the construction industry, window and door experience a plus but not required. Need to be physically fit as lifting can be heavy.Require candidates very presentable as they are in clients homes. Below are the actual specifics of the job.The techs start promptly at 7 am and most days work until 5ish. I would say they are averaging 50 hours per week.They do not have to use their own vehicle to get to a site, the techs travel together in a company vehicle.Attendance is so important! More specifics:-Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy product on a daily basis-Ability to work long hours in various weather conditions (Monday thru Friday) and occasionally overnight locations (i.e. cottage country).-Familiarity with hand tools required-Team player-Customer focused-Punctuality and excellent attendance a must-Safety boots required-Drivers license
