Join us in powering the future!YOUR MISSIONService Order Entry:Handle returns and RMA requests efficiently.Coordinate repairs and warranty claims.In collaboration with the Project Manager and Field Services Supervisor, manage site startup and field service orders, ensuring timely closures.Follow up with the customers and process orders promptly and accurately.Service Administration:Perform service job costing, including labor/travel hours, mileage, and expenses.Record service reports and traveler cards accurately.Prepare quotations with the help of field service supervisor for site trips, training, maintenance, mod kits, and replacement parts.Organize warranty returns and repairs in collaboration with suppliers.Facilitate training seminars and programs.Coordinate and maintain the field service schedule.Manage inventory in various warehouses.Update work instructions and forms as directed by the manager.General Customer Service:Act as a responsive resource, answering phones and responding to service support emails.Create and maintain service cases in the CRM system.Address general inquiries from both internal and external customers.Provide product information, support materials, and PDF drawings as needed.Other duties as assigned.ARE YOU THE ONE? Required Education, Experience and Skills:Ability to commute to the work site daily and work on-site.Post-secondary degree or diploma, or equivalent.Demonstrated expertise in customer service.Familiarity with CRM systems and inventory management software in an asset.Proficiency in effective communication and interpersonal interactions.Proven ability to plan, prioritize, schedule, and coordinate multiple resources in a fast-paced environment, with high attention to detail.Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite.Previous experience in the Power Generation Industry, manufacturing, or related fields is advantageous.Experience with dispatching Field Service technicians would be an asset.OUR PURPOSEYou may not know it, but Regal Rexnord impacts your life every day.
