POSITION SUMMARY:Working in co-operation with the Sales team to achieve corporate sales goals, the Inside Sales Representative is a high energy, driven professional who plays a fundamental role in achieving CSE’s client acquisition and revenue growth objectives. This role is responsible for collaborating with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales for the Vancouver Canucks and Vancouver Warriors. This is a full-time, term position.This role will focus on: Building relationships with both existing and prospect clients with a goal of generating revenue from ticket sales and exceeding sales targets for Membership and Group SalesDeveloping, implement, and maintain sales campaigns for Vancouver Canucks and Vancouver Warriors, by pursuing sales leads and actively prospectingWorking closely with sales management team to create and develop new sales conceptsMaintaining database of sales, providing weekly updates to Manager, Membership and Group Sales on pipelineAchieving or exceeding key performance indicators (KPI’s)Completing at least 65 sales calls per day and 5 face-to-face meetings per weekCreating and presenting sales proposals to clientsAttending local and area networking opportunitiesParticipating in game day events including sales booth execution WE HAVE: A team you can belong to and believe inA fun, high energy environmentAn open mind for new ideasThe opportunity to embark on a career development journeyLots of fun staff events throughout the yearOnsite gym and underground parking YOU HAVE: Post-secondary education in a related field such as Business, Marketing or Sports ManagementKeen interest for working in the sports industryA go-getter, results-oriented attitude, with drive and the initiative to succeed and be persistentStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office suiteExcellent people skills, with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with internal and external clients at all levelsEffective time management skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentPolished presentation skills with an ability to think quickly and react to situations confidentlyAbility and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekendsOnsite role at our office in downtown Vancouver YOU MIGHT ALSO HAVE: Previous sales experience Vancouver is one of the most diverse cities in the world and Canucks Sports & Entertainment strives to create a workforce that is inclusive, equitable, and represents our beautiful, unique community.
