Direct Purchase Analyst On behalf of our client in the Utility Sector, PROCOM is looking for a Direct Purchase Analyst. Direct Purchase Analyst – Job Description Assist our Direct Purchase CSRs (Customer Support Representatives) with the following: Customer account analysis Investigate anomalies, meter and billing issues; redirect issues to the appropriate department where required Preparation for DP contract renewals Run Checkpoint reports and help with validations Reconcile SAP and DP reports Answer common questions from our marketers Assemble information requested by our marketers Act as a liaison between our team and the Billing team within Customer Care Operations, including tracking responses Assist with CSR renewals, spreadsheets, compliance items, credit exposure, the population of the spreadsheets Direct Purchase Analyst – Mandatory Skills Business, Finance or Math degree or Business or Finance College diploma & 2 years + of relevant work experience Strong computer skills (MS Office Suite) and familiarity with database concepts, query tools and general business applications Ability to perform multiple work assignments at varying stages of completion with a high degree of accuracy while working to tight time constraints and changing priorities A broad understanding of or ability to quickly learn the direct purchase and distribution contracting business in order to apply strong analytical, investigative and reporting skills to resolve issues within the confines of the regulated business environment Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence others and negotiate Strong professionalism, communication, collaboration, time management, and organizational skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision and drive results on your own Direct Purchase Analyst - Nice to Have Skills Understanding of Direct Purchase contract administration, customer billing and/or financial systems Working knowledge of ConTrax, Enerline, SAP CIS, WEBi, Adobe Acrobat, Excel, Word Understanding of Large Volume Contract language and rates Demonstrated front line customer service/contact experience Experience in the natural gas and/or utilities market Direct Purchase Analyst - Assignment Start Date ASAP – 12 months to start Direct Purchase Analyst - Assignment Location Chatham, ON – Work Hybrid
