Developing templates, families, and other BIM resources specific to the company’s needs. Reviewing 3D models from consultants and contractors. Managing and updating BIM project documents. Completing data extraction from models for quantities. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Computer Aided Design and Drafting Diploma from a polytechnic institution (BCIT, Kwantlen, or equivalent). Minimum 3 years in a drawing production position using Revit is preferred. Experience with Dynamo programming will be an asset. Proficiency using AutoCAD and MS Office Suite. Working knowledge of the electrical engineering and construction industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Willingness to learn new software and procedures. Ability to prioritize work and adhere to deadlines. COMPENSATION: $80k-90k base - Flexible depending on more senior experience.
