Job Overview

Responsibilities :

  • Perform incoming inspection on various materials and purchased product.
  • Ensure that all quality requirements and documentation are complete for all inspections.
  • Aids Quality Coordinator's with in-process and final inspection activities and documentation.
  • Demonstrated ability to use basic measuring devices and equipment and solid mechanical aptitude.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and prepare non-conformance reports neatly and accurately.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the Quality Supervisor.

Qualifications :

  • 3-4 years of relevant experience in an ISO manufacturing environment.
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office is preferred.
  • Experience working with ISO 9001, CSA W47.1 and W59 welding requirements is preferred.
  • Must be able to work close tolerances and should be able to lift 50lb.
  • Experience using measuring devices. (tape measure, vernier, micrometer etc. )
  • Experience with fabrication, assembly, drawings.
  • Identification of electrical and mechanical components.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
