We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Victoria/Sidney painting team! We are looking for someone who wants to join a family of awesome staff and team culture, who is also looking to earn what they are worth and optimize their cash flow! This season alone, our painters will be responsible for painting 100+ homes in the Victoria/Sidney area which will result in happy clients and crew members. Compensation:   Wage starts at $21/hour. Our training and systems allow our top painters to make upwards of $21-$30/hour within the first month! About the position: Fast paced, fun environment, with incentivized pay scale Hands on experience in customer service and communication Work outdoors with a crew of other like-minded painters! Working with friends is encouraged, so apply together if you wish! Training is provided; therefore, no experience is necessary! We teach everyone how to paint! This position is a full-time job and can lead to future promotion opportunities within the company for those with the right attitude!
