Receptionist Coordinator

Overview: We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our organization, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer support and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors and callers. If you have strong communication skills, exceptional phone etiquette, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

Duties :

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
  • Provide accurate information about our products, services, and office procedures
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple staff members
  • Assist with clerical tasks such as typing, filing, and data entry
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries. Make the direct billing with Health Insurance
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth office operations

Skills :

  • Familiar with Jane Booking system. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on professionalism and courtesy
  • Strong phone etiquette and ability to handle high call volumes
  • Proficiency in using Google Suite or similar office productivity tools
  • Basic clerical skills such as typing, filing, and data entry
  • Previous experience in a medical office or dental receptionist role is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor

Job Types : Full-time, Part-time

Salary : $17.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week
