Advantages 35-hour work week Generous compensation package Pension fund with 5% employer matching Opportunity to work from home 50% of the time 3 weeks of vacation work in Baie-d'Urfé Health spending account of 250$ Free parking Be part of a company that makes a difference in the life of a community Responsibilities Manage invoices received by email and mail; Matching proofs of purchase orders and goods received with supplier invoices Validate, code and enter supplier invoices into software Identify and resolve billing discrepancies Validate legitimacy to claim input tax credits Reconcile supplier statements on a monthly basis Communicate with suppliers as needed Validate GL account discrepancies Attach proof of payment to invoices on a weekly basis Follow up on credit note requests Transmit payment requests on time Assist accounting coordinators with tax audits and year-end audits Qualifications College or vocational diploma in accounting 1 to 3 years' experience in a similar position Fluency in 2 languages (French and English) Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software Summary Contact me today if you are interested in this Accounts Payable Clerk position!
