As a Regional Director, you would provide operational and clinical support to maximise the delivery of high-quality care, operational effectiveness and commercial success for our homes. The role will include implementation of innovative strategies developed by the Avery team, working within the internal and external frameworks to achieve outstanding service and supportive and inclusive environments. Our ideal candidate will: - Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in operational and clinical management in a regional capacity - Possess strong commercial acumen - Have excellent communicative skills - Possess a full UK Driving license It is preferred for this position that you hold a current NMC pin but not essential.
