Within the Digital Health Solutions (DHS) department, we are looking for… DHS Support and Implementation Service Specialist The DHS Support and Implementation Service Specialist implements and supports Getinge T-DOC systems for Getinge customers, either onsite for a singular customer or as assigned for multiple customers. The position is trained to assist with implementation and support of all Digital Health Solutions (DHS) products, T-DOC, Tegris, Torin, and Getinge Online. Additionally, this position provides a high level of customer service for all DHS products. The Position This role is responsible for: Perform implementations of T-DOC system and advanced modules, including: Preparing for and configuration of a T-DOC setup Training Administrators, Super User and End Users to use T-DOC effectively Training Administrators on complexities of reporting Working with CSSD, IT, and other departments as needed in a professional manner Under the guidance of the Project Manager, serve as the technical lead for onsite and remote T-DOC projects. This includes: Working independently to set installation priorities and effectively execute the project on-scope, on-time and on-budget. Making sound business and technical decisions designed to achieve the successful completion of the project. Responsible for all compliance and system design effectiveness Interacting directly with customers, hospital IT/IS, vendors and internal personal to assure successful completion of projects within scope, time and budgetary constraints. Responsible for conducting a configuration walk through with the customer and receiving customer sign-off before Go Live. Onsite Go Live supervision lead, onsite Subject Matter Expert and coaching/mentoring other team members Providing final documentation to the customer after Go Live Resolving all Go Live related issues to ensure the customer is satisfied by Project Close Supporting DHS Territory Managers with implementation planning and technical sales questions and answers. Under the guidance of the DHS Support Coordinator, provide excellent T-DOC support either onsite or via remote services. This includes: Prompt, professional and courteous installation of T-DOC products and services to meet guaranteed response times T-DOC Level 1 and 2 support cases T-DOC Workflow definition and changes Advanced T-DOC problem solving Escalating T-DOC Level 3 support Cases to T-DOC Headquarters Tegris, Torin and Getinge Online Level 1 support cases Supporting DHS Account Managers with existing customers to provide advanced training, workflow changes, and advanced technical problem solving. Ensure adherence to company quality system processes, protocols and SOP’s. Establish and maintain positive and cooperative working relationships with customers and colleagues, conducting themselves in a professional and responsible manner at all times. Maintain personal competence for meeting job responsibilities through effective use of product information and technical data provided by the company and others. Participate in training seminars, meetings and on-the-job training programs. Demonstrate a deep and thorough understanding, and an ability to apply concepts and knowledge obtained from these training and skill development sources. Enhance company’s image by participating in regional and national trade shows when required. Comply with all company policies and perform other related responsibilities and assignments as required. This role will be located in the Greater Toronto Area. The Ideal Candidate We are looking for the following experience, knowledge and abilities: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent-sales experience in medical devices. Strong attention to detail and highly organized Strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment. Motivated and able to work without supervision within project scope, budget and schedule. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities Demonstrated ability to resolve issues and maintain strong client relationship skills. Focused on finding a solution with a “can do” attitude. Excellent customer training and/or support experience Knowledge and experience in healthcare, medical technology, and/or sterile processing workflow procedures is a plus Knowledge of Microsoft SQL, Power BI and SSRS. Knowledge of client server technology, networking, and security. Communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills are essential. Effective prospecting and presentation skills at all levels in the hospital. Intermediate Microsoft Office skills in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook and familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools. Ability to travel within Canada and on occasion internationally (Passport Required).
