The Opportunity This is a Toronto-based, hybrid role with 1+ day(s) in-office. Position Description Manage Existing Accounts: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is maintainedUpselling: Identify upselling opportunities within existing accounts, offering additional products or services that meet their evolving needsNew Business Development: Research and identify potential new business prospects within the eCommerce sector, including online retailers and other relevant industries.Customer Focus: Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their specific packaging needsPresentations and Proposals: Deliver compelling and persuasive presentations and proposals to clients, effectively communicating the value and benefits of our client’s products and servicesRelationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders Experience Proven packaging sales experience required. Qualifications Excellent technical skills, understanding Print/Packaging manufacturing from cradle to graveExcellent business communication, negotiation, and time management skills
