Accountivity Staffing is hiring!Job Title: Payroll AdministratorLocation: Peel Region, ONLength of Assignment: Full-time, PermanentSalary: $, to $,/year Job description: Enter, and balance Hourly Payroll. Update and verify time and attendance hours weekly, balance for hourly payroll input. Ensure all legislative requirements regarding fulfilling wage garnishments, assist in preparing T's, and income reporting have been met both on-going and at year-end Onboarding, Orientation & Processing of new hires and internal related paperwork. Compile quarterly production bonus amounts, to be approved by Payroll Manager & Plant Manager. Liaise with payroll on employee date changes and impacts to payroll. Respond to employment data and benefits inquiries. Maintain company attendance records. Employee File maintenance. Support recruitment efforts, reviewing resumes and special HR projects. Maintain confidential information by legal or ethical standards and professionalism to ensure privacy of employee records. Work closely with the HR Team to provide support on all human resources administration. Other duties as assigned. Assist Health and Safety Manager Enforce OHS policies (, accident reporting process, investigations, and PPE) Support accident investigation procedures and complete reports Keep records of safety-related incidents and proposed corrective actions Collaborate with managers to monitor compliance and identify safety or employee issues Intervene in unsafe activities or operations Purchasing of specialty safety supplies, products, or training items as required Qualifications: Minimum of years of Payroll experience Knowledge of Work Force Now ADP Payroll System Knowledge of USA payroll an asset Excellent Organizational and Communication skills Exceptional work ethic MS Office If you meet the above qualifications, please submit your resume.
