As an Office Administrator at our landscape company, you'll be the heart and soul of our office. You'll be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth functioning of our operations. From answering phones, scheduling appointments, managing the company's accounts and handling client inquiries, you'll be the go-to person for all our office needs.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have excellent organizational and communication skills. You'll be a pro at juggling multiple tasks, prioritizing workloads and maintaining a positive attitude even in the busiest of times. You'll be a master of office software such as Google Drive, QuickBooks, CRM software to name a few.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Office Admin - 2 years experience at a minimum
  • Have a positive and upbeat attitude
  • Have experience with answering phone inquiries and working from a call script, digitally organizing leads and follow up phone calls.
  • Experience with creating and updating Company policies and procedures
  • Can work remotely as well as part of a team
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment: printers, photocopiers & computers (able to troubleshoot)
  • Proficiency in G-Suite: Google Sheets/Docs/Forms/Gmail is essential, QuickBooks Online, scheduling software, ability to learn new programs
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • High School degree
  • Ability to type 50 wpm
  • Speak English

Salary : $20.00-$23.00 per hour
