Bilingual Credit and Collections Associate (French/English)

Adecco is currently seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual Credit and Collections Associate (French/English) for a temporary role based in Brampton, ON. This role offers an hourly rate of $25-27 and is an excellent opportunity for a professional with strong organizational skills and bilingual capabilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing billing and collections tasks, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of payments and client inquiries. Pay rate: $25-$27/hour. Free training programs New and quicker onboarding process Responsibilities: Validate daily deliveries, carrier shipments, clinical consultations, and counter sales. Issue credit notes and inventory adjustments as required. Handle special billing related to various institutional contracts. Perform additional billing tasks such as pricing packages, budgets, and audit follow-ups. Analyze accounts and request necessary adjustments and write-offs. Conduct close follow-ups of accounts and process payments. Respond to client billing inquiries via phone, email, fax, and at the Saint-Laurent store counter. Assist satellite stores with billing questions. Support the customer service team during high call volume periods. Requirements: Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada. Fluent in both French and English. Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and a sense of priorities. Results-oriented with good interpersonal relations. Proficiency with the in-house CU program and in Excel and Word. Knowledge of Medigas products and current contracts is an asset.
