In this role you will wear a few different hats, working with customers to help find the vehicle of their dreams while taking charge of being the main photographer/videographer of the dealership for our social media platforms.

What You’ll be Doing :

• Build Relationships : Meet with customers and prospective buyers - ask the right questions and listen carefully to understand their needs and wants and match them to a vehicle that best addresses their circumstances
• Engage & Educate :Be the product knowledge expert, know our products inside and out including the vehicle’s latest technology and offerings
• Close Sales :Overcome objections and work closely with the Sales and Finance Manager to finalize the purchase and ensure the customer has an exceptional experience from first contact to after the sale
• Online Connection :Take photos of incoming vehicles to prep them for the online website, while coming up and creating creative content ideas through filming and social media posts to boost customer engagement and drive traffic - you will utilize Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and more!
• Be in the Community :Take pride in being an Okotoks-local, using technology to promote yourself and our vehicles/services within the community via social media and other community involvement
• Looking Ahead :Develop strong, lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
