We are looking for a Sales Team Lead to join our Retail team. Our Sales Team Lead will assist with the day-to-day sales related activities and provide support to the Retail Store Manager and Retail Store Coordinator. Opportunities The Sales Team Lead will provide support for the daily planning, organization and follow-up of all sales related activities within the store. This individual will aid the Retail Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store, while motivating and inspiring the sales team to maximize the store’s sales performance through customer experience. Knowledge of natural foods, vegetarian and vegan lifestyle preferred Knowledge of health and healthy lifestyle Experience Previous retail sales and inventory experience in the food industry is an asset Must have excellent communication skills; fully proficient in English Two (2) years recent related experience, including one (1) year supervisory experience, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Things you will do… Manage Backroom Ensure organization, product storage and rotation by staff. Staff Management/Support Support in creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture. Achieve delegated tasks within set deadlines. Motivate fellow team members. Support training to team members when necessary Provide store key holder support including opening and closing of the store as required. Store Operations Management Execute day-to-day operations Ensure customer complaints are dealt with in accordance with company policy Ensure that visual merchandising standards are achieved and that all products are displayed in accordance with company policy Floor sale support / restocking as needed.
