Responsibilities : Key Responsibilities : Provide ongoing support for the Vancouver Island Team while;

• Create a welcoming and warm environment for PepsiCo Beverage visitors and contractors
• Building, organizing, and distributing POS
• Coordinating between multiple S&D teams
• Relief selling
• Assist in company specific initiatives
• Assist in location specific initiatives, including organizing employee events and liaising with internal and external service providers
• Be proficient using PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Teams
• Organize meetings and travel arrangements
• Responsible for internal and external communication
• Asset management
• Ticket allocation, tracking and Distribution

Qualifications: Qualifications

• Successful completion of high school diploma
• Professional accomplishments that reflect self-motivation and initiative
• Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task is essential
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Must be self-motivated, punctual with demonstrated professional maturity
