Sales & Marketing Ayr, ON - ID : 8324-046 - Full-Time / Regular Brandt is currently seeking a Sales Manager for our Ayr, London and Windsor locations. The Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales growth and profitability of the new and used Truck & Trailer department. Duties & Responsibilities - Achieving asset management goals of turn and aging as well as protection of company assets, including but not limited to new and used truck & trailer inventory - Providing for the right mix of inventory to achieve sales and market share goals - Management and development of all employees in the Sales Department with the goal of building a motivated and successful workforce focused on long-term success for the company, customers, and employees - Achieving market share goals as agreed for the long-term success of our manufacturer and the company - Providing feedback and input into future opportunities and competitive pressures - Assisting in the management of branch account receivables in conjunctions with the Director of Credit Services and VPO of Operations - Other duties as assigned LI-onsite Required Skills - Must be able to build and maintain lasting relationships with corporate department,s key business partners, and customers - Confident decision making skills in regards to financial transactions, sales strategy, budgeting, and forecasting - High level of critical and logical thinking, analysis, and reasoning - Must be available to travel as needed; a recent driver's abstract will be required Required Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred - 7+ years’ direct work experience in a sales management capacity - Experience in the heavy equipment industry strongly preferred 15 days ago
