QUALIFICATIONS:Education, Training And ExperienceHigh school graduation. Office Assistant certificate, and one year recent, related experience in a health care setting or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.Skills And AbilitiesAbility to type 50 wpm.Ability to utilize word processing, database and spreadsheet software.Demonstrated knowledge of office practices and systems.Demonstrated understanding of long-term care.Ability to accurately enter data and follow established procedures.Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with a variety of internal and external contacts.Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position.
