Responsibilities:Production Oversight: Manage all aspects of projects, ensuring they stay on track, on budget, and meet high standards.Team Leadership: Lead a skilled team, including technicians and subcontractors, promoting teamwork and safety.Resource Management: Efficiently handle labor, equipment, and materials to keep production running smoothly, and manage supplier relationships for inventory.Quality Control: Enforce top-notch quality standards, surpassing industry norms for craftsmanship.Project Scheduling: Create and manage project schedules, coordinating with different teams and subcontractors to meet deadlines.Cost Management: Keep an eye on project budgets, find cost-saving opportunities, and collaborate with the finance department to control expenses.MRP Expertise: Use MRP tools to optimize inventory, procurement, and production schedules for efficient resource use.Safety Compliance: Ensure safety regulations are upheld throughout the production process to maintain a secure working environment.Client Communication: Keep clients informed with regular updates, address their concerns, and ensure their overall satisfaction.Continuous Improvement: Identify ways to improve processes and implement strategies to boost production efficiency and quality. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the kitchen and bath renovation industry.Proven expertise in Material Requirements Planning (MRP) tools and software.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance within the industry.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality.A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.
