Permacon is a division of Oldcastle APG and operates 9 plants in Ontario and Quebec. We are currently looking for Press Operators at our newly equipped Milton plant. Salary: $26.16 – $29.16 per hour DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Safety Oriented Operation of various automated production equipment. Complete quality and production duties following the quality manual. Set-up product changes Optimize cycle time of machines. Perform preventive maintenance of equipment. Participate in machine & plant clean-up. Maintain a clean work area. REQUIREMENTS High school diploma 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment as machine operator Strong mechanical ability, reading of measuring tools, use of basic hand/power tools. Teamwork oriented, initiative; responsible, able to react, to be precise; methodical Use of Microsoft Word & Excel an asset. Fluent in written & reading English.
