Our client a Canadian owned firm in the manufacturing and engineering sector with offices worldwide is searching for an experienced Senior Compensation Analyst with global compensation experience due to a promotion.
What Makes You A Fit:
- 5 plus years of experience as a Compensation Analyst
- Must have global compensation and experience with annual compensation planning cycle administration
- Advanced MS Excel skills ( V-Look ups, pivot tables, formulas, data consolidation)
- Effective communicator who is client service oriented
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation or working towards it
