Experience in a lead client role with MTO is required, in addition to liaising with regulatory agencies, networking with other professionals and new business development.Location – Toronto, ON. Your role within the team: Manage high-complexity Highway Design projects in Ontario, leading a team of engineers, designers, other disciplines and consultants as required on a project basis to meet MTO requirementsMaintain project budgets, schedules, risk registers and communications with project team, client staff and project stakeholdersLead technical proposals for highway design pursuits and similar transportation engineering workEnsure all deliverables meet client requirements and all applicable standards, codes and regulationsBringing considerable highway design experience, provide senior level technical leadership, mentoring and guidance to the highway engineering teamMaintain required quality system standards and procedures, and embrace and actively support behaviour-based workplace health and safety policiesWhy choose AtkinsRéalis as an employer?
