Driver Compliance Coordinator

Job Title: Compliance Coordinator for Drivers Industry: Transport Location: Dorval Our client in the Transportation industry is looking to add a Compliance Coordinator for the Drivers. This person will be responsible for managing and monitoring all compliance with relevant laws, regulations and standards for all drivers. If you have experience working for a trucking company, handling all documentation for drivers and/or dealt with drivers in the past as a dispatch, than this role could be for you! Apply now! Advantages · Permanent full time position · 40 hour work week Monday Friday 8am to 5pm · Salary between 50,000-55,000k depending on experience · Healthcare/Dental benefits after 3 months · Pension plan program after 3 months · Weekly pay schedule · Profit sharing program · Employee assistance program after 3 months - Halloween contest · Full gym (24/7 access) · Free On-site parking. · Near bus service, Train (Dorval terminal) · Easy access to highway 13, 20 and 40 Responsibilities - Manage and evaluate accident and incident reports, and provide assistance to drivers and brokers with their reports - Act as the primary liaison with the insurance company, continuously following up on claims to ensure a timely resolution - Assist with managing and monitoring insurance renewals, as well as SAAQ license and plate renewals - Conduct daily inventory checks and monitor fuel prices to ensure proper management of resources - Manage, supply, and assign cellphones, uniforms, and PPE to drivers and staff - Oversee IFTA renewals and reports, complete fuel tax reports and returns, and request owner/operator SAAQ Annual Inspection reports - Create Dangerous Goods users and pull monthly reports to ensure compliance with regulations - Update and maintain the insurance report to ensure accuracy and completeness of data (quarterly) - Administer fuel chips for drivers to ensure proper fuel usage and record-keeping - Perform any related tasks as assigned to ensure smooth operations Qualifications - 1 year experience in a similar role (safety & compliance or administration in a trucking company) - Ability to analyze problems and find solutions quickly - Knowledge of transportation laws and regulations (asset) - Professionalism and good organizational skills - Good computer skills (Excel, Word, etc.) - Bilingual (French & English) If you're interested in the role or know someone who would be a good fit, please send your email to: melissa.cumetti@randstad.ca philippe.pilon@randstad.ca Summary At Randstad, we are here to help you find the right combination for you.
