Reporting to the Procurement Manager, responsible for managing supplier relationships and contracts, ensuring program success and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing, procuring, and managing suppliers.
  • Communicate with strategic suppliers, track contract status, and suggest improvements.
  • Support Procurement Manager in operational execution and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Oversee contract management and execution, ensuring timely updates.
  • Provide administrative support, including contract coordination and performance tracking.
  • Resolve supplier disputes and address quality issues.
  • Liaise with internal departments for planning and alignment.
  • Manage Retail and Food Service launches.
  • Support FSQA department for commercial execution.
  • Provide feedback for process improvements.
  • Organize meetings with key suppliers to discuss performance.
  • Prepare and share purchase and fruit reports.
  • Provide front-line procurement services for Procure-to-Pay processes.
  • Requires some international travel.

Requirements:

  • Bilingual English and Spanish.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Collaborative and flexible team player.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • SAPB1 ERP experience a plus.
