Service Coordinator Responsibilities include: - Providing customer service by answering phone and emails promptly and ensuring that daily service requirements are met in a timely manner- Validating customer credits- Communicating job progress with customers, discussing job problems, and sending completion reports- Reviewing service work, both in progress and when completed, and authorizing invoicing - Interfacing with parts department and assisting with annual physical inventory - Coordinating travel arrangements for overseas jobs - Assisting in facility management and administrative dutiesRequirements: - Bachelor's degree in electronics or business preferred - 3+ years of experience dispatching or field service coordination - Strong Excel and Word skills - Valid driver's license
