Car Wash Supervisor

Sun Valley Co-op is currently looking for an individual to join our team at the Altona Auto Spa in the full-time position of Car Wash Supervisor.Who we are:Sun Valley Co-op takes great pride in being a preferred employer in the Pembina Valley. As a co-operative, we believe in working together to serve our community, delivering profits back to our members & communities, and investing in sustainable growth.What you'll do: Provide outstanding courteous customer service Ensure the auto spa stays in good working condition by completing routine maintenance of all pumps, hoses, and equipment Clean and maintain our auto spa bays Working with suppliers to ensure required soaps and carwash products are in stock Supervise a small team of car wash attendants including scheduling and assignment of duties Perform interior and exterior housekeeping and maintenance duties Be on call evenings & weekends on a rotating schedule. Includes a company phone that customers may call if issues arise while no staff members are on site. Who you are: You have excellent customer service skills You have strong organizational abilities You have previous experience in a mechanical environment You have an enthusiastic approach to work You have strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills You are efficient and accurate in a busy environment. The successful candidate must be available to work flexible hours, evenings, and weekends.
