Ensure efficient communication between stakeholders and development team to deliver high quality software that meets requirements and timelines. What we offer:FAMILY focused cultureExcellent Training ProgramSupportive continuous learning environmentCompetitive WageCompetitive Group Benefit plan  Primary duties and responsibilities:Communicate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and their impact.Work with Technical leads to transform the business requirements into new software workflows and technical specification. Understands and communicates technical and architectural complexities of a technical solution so that project stakeholders can easily understand. Capability of clarify business needs, priorities and impact to Technical Leads and software developers. Capability of inform business stakeholders of the status of a project, including expected timelines. Assess new incoming feedback from several sources and stakeholders; then negotiate and prioritize it according to effort needed to solve vs impact. Maintain, organize, and prioritize backlog and roadmap.Complete Software Development Life Cycle and can apply the applicable portions of the Intake, Discovery, Execution and Stabilization phases.Drive projects, monitor their progress and health and follow up and collaborate with technical leads to ensure timelines are metCommunicate to stakeholders and leadership any impact on timelines promptly to adjust the project plans and roadmapsCreate project charters, update project boards, and provide formal project updatesWork with the Product Owner to prioritize requirements and make tradeoffs to deliver a quality product successfully in a timely basisProduce documentation and materials to support project implementationsWhat you need to be successful in the role: 3 years’ experience as a software business analystBS/BA in Computer Science or Information Systems or Business Management, or equivalentAble to complete cost benefit analysisUnderstanding of business processesExperience with Software Development Live CycleExperience with conflict resolutionExperience with Project ManagementAttention to detailVerbal and written communicationOrganizationWork independently and in a teamAnalyticTime managementIf you want to work in an environment that is positive, challenging, and safe; where your contributions are valued, this role may be right for you.DriverCheck is committed to creating an accessible environment for our employees and potential employees; we will attempt to make appropriate accommodations throughout the entire recruitment process.
