As we continue to grow, we are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Plant Operators.

Job Overview :As an Entry Level Plant Operator at EcoWest Plastics, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process. Working under the guidance of experienced operators and supervisors, you will learn the ins and outs of our production systems and gain valuable hands-on experience in plastic extrusion and molding.

Responsibilities :

  • Operate and monitor machinery used in the extrusion blow molding process
  • Assist in the setup and preparation of equipment for production runs
  • Follow production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders
  • Conduct quality checks on products to ensure they meet our high standards
  • Notify supervisors of any equipment malfunctions or deviations from quality standards
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
  • Assist with material handling and inventory management
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn technical skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that may involve standing, bending, and lifting
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
