After Sales Coodinator

Large-scale company located in the heart of Town of Mont-Royal and whose specialty is air quality, is currently looking for an after-sales service coordinator. In summary, the chosen person will be responsible for the department's warranty files and complaints. Summer schedule Possibility of advancement Great team and great manager Parking available What will your day look like: - Monitoring and management of warranty files and complaints, see to the coordination and resolution of these files - Ensure and respect the warranty policies of manufacturers and returned equipment - Monitoring of returns provided by the sales department, preparation of necessary documents -Respond to internal communications from departments: parts department, sales department as well as the management department. -Production and management of monitoring reports for management or other departments -Process invoices and credits - - Assist representatives and technicians with requests QUALIFICATIONS: College diploma (asset) Previous experience in sales coordination Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English. Mastery of IT tools such as the Microsoft Office suite. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks in parallel and meet deadlines.
