Honey Badger Charging is a smart electric vehicle charging solution based in Vancouver, British Columbia that is electrifying Canada's roads and supporting initiatives to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and fight climate change. Pushing to electrify Canada's roads for a cleaner, greener future!

By joining our team, you will:
Work with Electrical Contractors, Developers, REIT’s, Property Managers, Parking Management Companies and Landlords to search for and evaluate new leads, schedule site visits with potential partners, coordinate the installation of EV chargers with our partnering locations & technicians, foster and maintain long-term relationships and deliver exceptional service that goes beyond customer expectations.

Business Development:
Ownership over implementing the growth strategy, infrastructure, and implementation of our EV fleet in various markets
Develop partnerships channel
Develop and execute plans to scale the business quickly while maintaining good working relationships with installation and referral partners
Create scalable processes and procedures
Strong business acumen with a strong personality who can juggle multiple tasks at the same time
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English; other additional languages are an asset
Experience leading teams

Sales:
Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Executive teams to create a compelling offering for Installation Partners, Referral Partners, and Customers
Establish sales KPI’s
Salesforce experience is an asset, you will use salesforce to track sales opportunities, create proposals for potential partnerships, make sales projections and reports to ensure the teams annual sales goals are achieved

Education and Experience:
Three to Five years work experience in B2B Sales
Experience in related industries (Property Management, Property Development, Commercial/Residential Real Estate, Technology)
Leadership and sales coaching experience
Proven performance driving disciplined revenue growth
Completion of an Undergraduate Degree or higher
