Operations Manager

L.E.T. Construction (1984) Ltd. has been operating for 40+ years in the community and surrounding area. We are a diverse business offering many solutions for customers and businesses and continue to strive for excellence. The services we offer are including and not limited to excavation, trenching, directional drilling, gravel hauling, sewer and water installations and repair, demolition and cleanup, ditching, and road building.

We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our team. If you are a proactive self motivated individual we would like to hear from you. Working under the direction and supervision of senior management you would be asked to fulfill the following roles and responsibilities:

• Identify potential business opportunities
• Consult with clients to fully understand their needs
• Develop solutions for client requests
• Complete job costing quotes
• Dispatch Coordination
• Materials Purchasing
• Maintain knowledge of our goods and services
• Parts inventory, management and ordering
• Media relations

Requirements :

• Work with and assist other team members
• Strong attention to detail
• Time management skills
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Salary : $60,000.00-$72,000.00 per year
