Position Summary
This position is responsible for a finishing stage in the team work on manufacturing high quality laminate countertops. There is a great opportunity for advancement and growth within the laminate production.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Cut fill strips
- Glue and staple fills to the pre-made countertops
- Capping laminate countertops
- Making and installing side splashes on laminate countertops
- Communicate with production team members about potential complications
- Maintain an organize work environment in production area
- General cleaning and maintenance of shop tools and equipment
- Loading/unloading trucks and picking up and delivering supplies
- Helping on laminate installs
- Work in a safe manner that complies with all safety guidelines
- Contribute to team effort and completes other duties as required or assigned.
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge and experience in woodworking an asset
- Experience working with hand tools
- Outstanding attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to learn from more experienced staff members
- Ability to lift 85 lbs. +

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
Salary : $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Experience :
- Woodworking: 1 year (preferred)
- working with hand tools: 1 year (preferred)
