You are highly organized, able to succeed in a fast paced environment, and are eager to engage with new challenges. You have strong communication, presentation, and project management skills. You also have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. You have the ability to successfully work in a team setting or independently. This position contributes to the shared responsibility of ensuring health and safety policies are followed to provide for a healthy environment for patients, staff, physicians, volunteers and families. Responsibilities Include: - Foster relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support the delivery of strategic priorities - Liaise and consult with client groups to understand needs/identify gaps and support the development and implementation of appropriate interventions as required; - Responsible for organizing, facilitating delivering, and evaluating workshops and programs in all areas of organization development; - Oversee end to end administration of the education funding program - Overall support of ongoing OD initiatives (training and development needs; maintenance of programming as implemented; performance growth conversations; other initiatives - Other duties as assigned. - Support implementation of engagement initiatives including surveys, action planning, and departmental coaching as needed; - Work across departments and functions to align efforts (e.g. roles clarity, approach, communication) What you bring to the role: - A post-secondary degree/diploma/certificate in the field of organization development, human resources, adult education, or related field - Additional related certificates (e.g. Crucial Conversations, coaching, change management, psychometric tool, etc.) are considered assets - Knowledge of LEADS in a Caring Environment considered an asset - 3 to 5 years experience working in an Organizational Development/Learning department, or Human Resources - Strong computer/software skills using a wide variety of tools including MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint; - Understanding of learning theories (adult, behavioral, environmental, scenario) and on-the-job methods - Demonstrated ability to partner effectively with HR partners to achieve desired business results - Excellent facilitation and presentation skills and verbal and written communication skills. Strong project planning and management skills - Demonstrated strong time management, project management, and organizational skills - Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment as well as independently - Ability to work with all levels of the organization - Ability to integrate and align strategy, people, and activities across functions, processes, and teams. Able to translate vision and strategy into clear actionable goals.
