Are you a seasoned HR professional looking for an opportunity to lead and innovate? Look no further! We're seeking a Supervisor, Compensation and HRIS to join the People & Culture team. In this pivotal role, you'll be at the forefront of managing systems and data critical to their HR operations. From overseeing HR master file records to providing expert guidance on benefits and pensions, you'll play a key role in shaping their HR strategies and processes. What You'll Do: - Manage HR systems and data to ensure accuracy, integrity, and privacy - Lead the development and adaptation of business processes - Provide specialized expertise and recommendations to the leadership team - Supervise, mentor, and guide a dedicated team of HRIS Analysts and clerical staff - Interpret and administer policies, collective agreements, and procedures - Ensure quality control through audits and process improvements - Lead and participate in HR and benefit systems projects What You'll Bring: - Degree in human resources or related field, with five years of relevant experience - Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation preferred - Thorough knowledge of integrated HR/PAY systems, preferably SAP - Strong communication skills, both oral and written - Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships - Technical aptitude and proficiency in office computer applications and HR/Pay systems - Valid Driver's Licence for the Province of British Columbia Why Join My Client: - Competitive salary ranging from $100,499 to $118,234 annually - A chance to work in a dynamic environment that values diversity, innovation, and collaboration - Mentorship opportunities to support your professional growth and development - A commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace where everyone feels valued and respected At Humans of HR, we support the development and growth of our candidates to reach their full potential.
