Job Overview: The Fresh Produce Operations, Marketing Planning, Price Setting, Sales Standards, and Supervision position involves overseeing the operational aspects of fresh produce, developing marketing strategies, setting prices, establishing sales standards, and supervising their implementation. This role requires a strong understanding of the fresh produce industry, effective marketing skills, pricing expertise, and the ability to ensure compliance with sales standards.

Responsibilities and Duties: Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations related to fresh produce, including inventory management, quality control, and supplier coordination. Ensure that all operational processes are efficient, cost-effective, and comply with industry regulations.
