Senior Lease Administrator

Leading company in the field of retail, very well established in Montreal, is actively looking for a lease manager to join its dynamic team! This is what the day will look like: Reporting to the Director of Lease Administration, the main role of the Lease Administrator will be to manage a portfolio with a volume of over 200 leases for all retail stores across the country! Benefits : Permanent position Location: Town of Mont-Royal Salary 80k -95k Hybrid Formula: 3 days at home, 2 days at the office Social benefits from day 1 Pension plan from day 1 Flexible schedule of 37.5 hrs/week from Monday to Friday 3 weeks vacation Beautiful team Parking available Responsibilities: - Lease management from A to Z of a portfolio of 200-250 commercial retail store leases - Ensure cost reduction for the company -Extract the clauses from the leases relating to the opening of any new store -Extract the key clauses for any changes that may occur for existing stores (expansion, renewal, moving, etc.) - Update the rental system corresponding to new lease structures or rental changes - Review and processing of all adjustments and annual occupancy fees related to the lease portfolio - Management and processing of tenants' annual retro-invoicing - Work in partnership with the maintenance team to determine the responsibilities of owners/tenants - Respond to legal requests from directors, lawyers. Qualifications: -Bilingualism, both oral and written - Diploma in business administration (asset) - Experience in a similar position with management of high volume commercial leases over 200 leases - Experience with high volume leases in a retail environment - Comfort with figures, calculations, audits - Analytical mind, team spirit - Good communication and interpersonal relationships - Experience with SAP or Nakisa (asset) If you have experience as a lease manager, you have managed a portfolio of high volume commercial leases, over 200, then this position is for you!
