What We’re Looking For: - Experience and Skills: - Previous experience in a management role within the food service industry is preferred—especially if you’ve worked in fast food! - Strong leadership abilities, with a knack for motivating and developing a winning team. - Excellent communication skills and a talent for handling challenges with a positive attitude. - Financial savvy and the ability to manage budgets and drive sales. - Education: - A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in business management or a related field is a bonus. - Additional Traits: - A go-getter who’s not afraid of a little hard work and has the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. - Physically able to stand for long periods and handle some lifting.
