Store Manager

Job Overview: Responsibilities :

• Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to meet and exceed sales goals
• Implement strategies to drive store profitability
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure merchandise is displayed effectively
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues
• Recruit, train on customer service and product knowledge, and schedule staff to ensure adequate staffing levels
• Monitor store performance and implement improvements as needed

Experience :

• Proven experience in retail management
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in POS systems and basic budgeting principles
• Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
• Sales management experience is a plus
• Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with phone etiquette practices

Pay: $18.00-$28.00 per hour
