Some of the duties and responsibilities include maintaining common areas, and washrooms, mopping, sweeping, and wiping down the glass and other surfaces. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:   • Clean offices, auditoriums, classrooms, washrooms, kitchen, dining areas, halls,    entrances/exits, reception areas, and more;   • Ensure proper sanitation & disinfection procedures are followed;   • Replenish supplies as needed;   • Ensure garbage disposal in proper bins;   • Clean all dry & wet spills throughout the facility as required;   • Maintain & secure storage areas, cleaning equipment & materials in an orderly manner;   • Report equipment repairs and stock shortages;   • Perform and/or report minor maintenance repairs;   • Report damage & acts of vandalism;   • Other duties as assigned   SKILLS AND ABILITIES:   • Knowledge of standard cleaning procedures, chemicals, products, and equipment   • Knowledge of Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System   • Ability to read & understand labels & instructions   • Previous custodial experience an asset   • Acceptable security and criminal record check.   REQUIREMENTS: Ability to pass Canadian Background Check BEST  is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity and encourages applicants of all backgrounds.
