Receptionist/administrative Assistant

POSITION: RECEPTIONIST WITH BOOKKEEPING EXPERIENCE

LOCATION: East End of Ottawa

SALARY: Based upon experience

JOB TYPE: 3 days a week

Must be fluently bilingual in French and English

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Greeting clients
  • Answer phones
  • Filling
  • Administrative tasks as requested
  • Basic bookkeeping - credit cards analysis, invoicing

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a receptionist
  • Knowledge of Outlook
  • Strong proficiency using Excel, Word
  • Excellent written communications skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Strong organization skills
  • Able to prepare and respond to letters, faxes, and with government authorities

Looking for mature person with experience towards the end of there career who wants to work

part-time.

Job Type : Part-time

Pay: $16.00-$23.00 per hour
