Location: North Vancouver

Job Type: Part-Time (27.5 hours per week)

Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:30am to 2:30pm)

Your Job Scope :

• Clean building common areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, gym, pool areas, saunas, amenity rooms, lounges, etc.
• Sweep, mop, dust, and vacuum as required by strata or management.
• Spot clean obvious dirt or marks
• Clean and polish elevators including panels, metal grids, and mirrors
• Empty trash cans and replenish with clean bags
• Stock washroom supplies as required by strata/ management
• Sort recycling and wash bins
• Ensures good housekeeping and general tidiness in the assigned work area(s)
• Other duties as assigned or required
• Able to wash the parkade and deodorize garbage areas

You Have :

• Previous residential/ strata cleaning experience is an asset but not required.
• Customer service-oriented.
• Excellent work habits and organization skills.
• Able to work with minimum supervision.
• Good understanding of English.
