Working at our busy Service Center, the right candidate for this role will be extremely well organized, computer literate, and ready to work on customer and retail vehicles that are brought into the repair shop with mechanical or other vehicle related concerns. Fantastic at communicating with customer and employees alike, you will be responsible for providing thorough documentation and explanation of the vehicle’s diagnosis, recommended repairs, and completed work as we aim to continually provide the transparent, trustworthy service our clientele has grown accustomed to over the years.Position Overview: In the Red Seal Automotive Service Technician role, you will play a crucial role in terms of the customer experience in conducting diagnostic procedures to determine vehicle maintenance requirements and providing accurate repair recommendations to our customers.
