International company in the field of aviation, located in the heart of Ville Saint-Laurent, whose vocation is to ensure the proper functioning of aircraft, is currently looking for an administrative assistant to join its well-established team ! As an administrative assistant you will see to the smooth running of activities as well as daily operations in order to optimize the smooth running of the company! Benefits : Permanent Position Location City Saint-Laurent Schedule: Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., 35 hours/week 100% face-to-face in the office 52k-55k plus annual bonus Competitive benefits RRSP Beautiful team Opportunity for advancement Parking available Responsibilities: -Answer calls approximately 10 calls per day and transfer them to the correct department -Visitors' reception -Manage internal and external mail, parcels, etc. -Updating lists of birthdays, office supplies, equipment -Management of the VP Operations agenda -Responsible for expense accounts -Finalize expense accounts -Organize meetings and events: meals, external invitations... -Taking minutes at monthly meetings -Support to the finance team: data entry, classification and sending of invoices, account statements and other related tasks Qualifications: Diploma of professional studies in secretarial work (asset) 2 years of experience in a similar position; Bilingualism, mastery of French and English (spoken and written); Knowledge of the Office suite.
