Though some work does come up during the winter months.If you want:a physical job that keeps you fitpiece work pay model that allows you to control your earning potentialto be rewarded by bonus pay for achieving new levels of rope work certificationto have the winter months off work to go on vacation, focus on your hobbies or spend quality time with your familyDescription of Duties:Following SPRAT/WSH regulations, as well as company policies and procedures to ensure that you and your co-workers are working safe.Working with our air work department to complete high quality work on budget Performing window cleaning, high dusting, dryer vent cleaning, caulking and other maintenance servicesWorking with clients throughout the job process to ensure an excellent customer experience Completing work using the latest equipment and technology Going through company training and development programSkills and Requirements:2+ years experience in rigging and high rise descent systems2+ years experience working in a services or trade type position Comfortable with working at heightsFlexible schedule to adjust work hours to weather conditionsPreference will be given to candidates that also have SPRAT/IRATA certificationCompensation: $35/hr (We pay using a piece work model that allows you to be rewarded for how much work you get done, skilled technicians will average more than $35/hr)Application: If this sounds like too good of an opportunity to pass up, please respond to this ad with your resume and a cover letter telling us why you'd be a great fit for this role and our team!
