Your New Role: They are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Retail Manager to join their team. Reporting into the General Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all retail operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maximizing revenue, and enhancing the overall customer experience. This position is the cornerstone of the sites operations. Responsibilities: Manage and oversee all aspects of retail operations, including tenant relations and property management. Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on monthly and quarterly operating budgets and tenant sales, ensuring revenue and expenses align with targets and resources are utilized efficiently. Collaborate with internal teams, such as leasing and marketing, to drive occupancy and maximize revenue. Coordinates contractors access for tenant build-outs, renovations, and construction projects, ensuring timely completion with minimal disruption to shopping mall tenants. Foster strong relationships with retail tenants, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for revenue growth and market differentiation. Develop and implement marketing initiatives to promote retail spaces and drive foot traffic to the properties. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in retail and real estate management. What You Will Need to Succeed: Rental Property Management License (Asset) Proven experience in retail property management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with tenants, colleagues, and external partners. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions. Proactive and results-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently and meet leasing targets. Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite and leasing management software.
